Biography

I am a senior undergrad at Computer Science Department in Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Currently, I work as a research assistant at Intelligent Internet of Things (IIoT) under the supervision of Prof. Xinbing Wang and Prof. Weinan Zhang. I participate in several projects including both engineering and theory about Graph Data Mining and Data Systems.


* I am applying for Ph.D. programs which start in Fall 2019. My research interests involve Data Mining for Graphs, Large-scale Data Management, Data Systems, especially the intersections of them.

We present a new large-scale knowledge graph in academic domain (AceKG), and conduct benchmarks including academic link prediction and scholar classification on extracted datasets.

We propose a novel adversarial representation learning model for heterogeneous information network in the academic domain, and deal with author name disambiguation task.

Acemap: Make Academia Visible

  • Built a new academic system (Acemap), working for big scholarly data analysis and visualization of relationship among papers, with Python, Javascript and PHP.
  • Developed visualizing applications for scholarly information networks and presentation approaches.
  • Cleaned and inferred on a huge academic dataset with billions of records including authors, papers, institutes and etc.
  • Digit Classification on MNIST

  • We study the problem of image classification on a modified MNIST dataset with 60000 training samples and 10000 testing samples.
  • We utilize CNN, Capsule Network, Deap Forest for surpervised digit classification.
  • We employ several SOTA domain adaptation methods to train a high-performance classifier on the modified MNIST dataset transferring from a related USPS dataset, with no label information.

    We conduct extensive data analysis using Matlab and survey on the provided 50 years of four states' data in 605 variables, and present nice results with HighCharts. Win Meritorious Winner.

  • Goal: Gene Chip Analysis based on available biology features.
